My commitment to 'inclusion for everyone' is rooted in a lifetime of navigating the world with a profound, hidden disability. Diagnosed with hearing loss as a child, I learned early on that while support systems exist for the young, the path through adulthood often requires forging one’s own way through resilience, tenacity, and a refusal to be defined by limitations.

With a successful career in contract and sourcing management for national and multinational organizations, I have spent decades navigating high-stakes environments and negotiating complex global contracts. I have traveled the world, earned multiple post-graduate degrees, and built a reputation for delivering results in industries where precision and strategy are paramount. My lived experience with disability has not been a barrier, but rather the source of the determination and unique perspective I bring to every strategic challenge.

Today, I am pivoting that lifetime of expertise and my current studies in Psychology to drive a movement of systemic change. I am moving beyond the 'doing' of procurement to guide leaders, procurement professionals, and organizations toward a more holistic approach to impact. My mission is to transform Australian workplaces into environments where every individual, regardless of ability, has the support and opportunity to thrive, lead, and contribute their own unique value to the world.
