The Shortlist Strategy (Workshop)

AI-Powered Tender Response Workshop

275 Australian dollars
Adelaide

Service Description

Most tenders are lost before the first word is even written. For established small-to-medium businesses (SMEs), the "tender treadmill" is exhausting. You spend weeks on complex submissions only to receive a generic rejection letter, leaving you wondering what the "big players" know that you don't. The secret isn’t in writing more pages - it’s in understanding the Evaluation Mindset. The Shortlist Strategy is a hands-on, 3-hour intensive workshop designed to pull back the curtain on the procurement process. Led by a former Procurement Leader with experience across multiple Australian industries, this session teaches you how to look at a tender document through the eyes of the person who will be scoring it. What You Will Master: The 5-Minute Reality Check: A rapid-fire framework to assess if a tender is a strategic fit or a waste of your resources before you commit a single hour. The Scorecard Decoder: Learn how to reverse-engineer evaluation criteria and weightings. We decode the "hidden" priorities of buyers so you can align your response with what actually gains points. Positioning to Win: Move beyond "responding" to "positioning." Learn how to present your business as the low-risk, high-value choice that evaluators are looking for. Why This Workshop is Different: This is not a generic "how-to-write" seminar. It is a strategic masterclass focused on Decision Advantage. Small Groups Only: Limited to just 10 participants to ensure you get direct feedback and support. Hands-on & Practical: We don't just talk theory. You are encouraged to bring a current or past tender document to work on in real-time. Procurement Insider Logic: Gain the unfair advantage of knowing exactly how evaluators weigh risk, capability, and social impact. Who Should Attend? This workshop is specifically designed for established SME owners, founders, and business development managers who are ready to pursue government or corporate contracts and want to significantly improve their win rates. (Note: This session is not suited for startups or businesses that are not yet tender-ready.)

Cancellation Policy

Our workshops are delivered as small-group sessions with limited places to ensure a high-quality, practical experience. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come basis and secured upon full payment at the time of registration. All session times are shown in local Australian time. We operate with clear boundaries to respect the time and commitment of all participants. If you need to change your booking, you can reschedule to a future session provided this is done at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 48 hours, cancellations will incur a 50% fee, and non-attendance will result in full forfeiture of the session fee. Rescheduling can be completed once via the booking system outside of the 48-hour window. Any changes within 48 hours must be requested directly and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Sessions start and finish on time. Late arrivals won’t extend the session, as this ensures fairness to the group and keeps the session on track. When sessions reach capacity, a waitlist is available. If a place becomes available, it will be automatically offered to waitlisted participants, who will have 3 hours to accept before the place is released to the next person. All bookings are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
